Trade Depot Reports

One of the many favorable comments we often get is regarding the reports that Trade Depot produces. We have strived to make all reports neat, clean, legible, and most importantly, understandable.

Most reports have been designed by our customers who are generally traders and active users of the program. We have followed their suggestions and requirements thereby eliminating the often cryptic and abbreviated printouts that are sent to clients by Brokers, CTAs, CPOs, Money managers and others. For internal use or audit purposes it is nice to have clear and easy to read documents.

One of the many features of Trade Depot is its ability to not only display its reports on your screen in adjustable sizes but to also send them to your printer, fax, or email, directly from within the program. This opens up endless possibilities for fast and economical service to both you and your clients.

All reports can be printed for any time period that you wish. While the default settings are usually the beginning and ending dates of the data, you can easily select any beginning and ending dates you wish.

Trade Depot also allows the user to create his own letterhead for reports.  You can enter and format up to 6 lines of text to be used as the letterhead, or you can specify a bitmap image to be displayed at the top of each report.  Use the menu option Print/Export > Review/Change Letterhead to define the letterhead you would like to use.

The Trade Depot report viewer provides many options for managing your reports. You can even run several reports without closing the report viewer, and view each of them by using the Report Windows menu option in the report viewer.
